Hi there! I am a Professional Studio Instructor based in the East Midlands. I have been teaching now for just under 2 years and i am loving every minute of it. My main passion is Step (because I AM a stepaholic) but I also teach Hi/Lo Aerobics, Conditioning and Flexibar.
